Need Identification of Customer

First step of Turnkey Project of Greenhouse is to identify the challenges of Farmer or Commercial Grower in Traditional Farming also providing a solution or suggestion regarding the Protective cultivation Technology.

Site Identification

In the second stage, visiting of the project site where the Greenhouse is to be installed for the survey process. Collection of the needed documents from Customer regarding his/her personal details, land documents, electricity, bore well, etc. In this stage the data of wind, temperature, rain, radiation, humidity, soil sample & water sample are too collected.

Project Selection

After the Collection of Data regarding climate, soil & water. The customer elect what he/she wants to grow & according to the crop selection suggestion of following type of Greenhouses Technologies are provided:

Types of Greenhouses i.e. Naturally Ventilated Greenhouse, Fan & Pad Greenhouse, Shade net Houses and Nursery etc.

Selection of Technology from Hi-tech Irrigation System, Automatic Climate Control System, Automatic Fertigation Control System etc.

Now, Making of the Project Design by keeping the different factors in mind such as local climate conditions & circumstances, possible availability of energy, availability and quality of water etc. The Structure Layout Design, Irrigation Layout Design & Planting Material Layout Design are prepared by us.

Feasibility Study

After Making Project Design, next step is to make feasibility study report. At this Stage calculation and studying of the characterization of Project, financial data, available subsidies, Bank loan cost, rate of interest etc. In Marketing, examining of marketing targets, at which market the product is to be targeted – Local, export or agro processing, packaging, target price of the product, past year prices of the specific market, Available workmanship, what skills are locally available today etc. From this Information, Project Report (Business Plan) is prepared.

To meet the various expenses of Project, requirement of financial plan to identify project finance (Money) & Expenses of Project. For the Financing of Project, We help our Customer in acquiring Government Subsidy and in acquiring loan from Bank. Subsidy Assistance Services: We help to our customer in getting Government Subsidy for the Greenhouse Project. Banking Services: We help to our customer in getting Bank Loan at lower rate of interest. SFAC: The Alexa Farms  is an empanelled Consultant of “Small Farmer Agri-Business Consortium” (SFAC). So we help to our Customers in making Detail project Report & helps in Venture Capital Assistance (VCA) from SFAC.

Resource Planning

After getting Project Finance loan from Bank, We, Alexa Farms  make Project Resource management plan which helps to identify all of the resources i.e. GI material, Poly paper, Shade net etc. materials, labours and equipments needed to deliver in Greenhouse Project in timely. This Plan, we also coordinate with Customer for the Scope of Work under the customer’s part.

Project Installation & Running

After Resource Planning of material & labour, purchase of quality materials from renowned suppliers and Processing of the Material is done at In-house Factory. We have also technically sound Supervisors and labours who install material at Site with accuracy.

Planting Material Planning

After Successfully Completing of Greenhouse Structure, We also provide the planting material i.e. Vegetable Crops and Floriculture Crops. We also provide them according to Crop Cycle Planning, as the Customer can avail the maximum benefit of from their produce by taking off Season Crop.

After Sales Support

Alexa Farms After sales support is more than just delivering products as we are sincerely committed to our customers who seek advice or trouble shooting. We provide regular repairing & maintenance services of greenhouse for 3 years and avail the insurance of the project for 1 year on behalf of customer.

HI – Tech Agronomy Consultancy

We, Alexa Farms have qualified Agriculture Agronomists who presents proper knowledge to the Customer for maintaining and realising the full potential of Greenhouse Project so that they get well equipped and are able to avail maximum profit out of it. We supply agronomy services twice in a month for 3 Years, hence Customer get the right solution regarding the crop disease & other problems.
